Suffering with Rejection?

Rejection is said to be denied or not accepted, or not being approved. Pretty much the same thing according to my Merriam Webster dictionary.

Isiah 53 : 2-3

“My Servant grew up in the Lords’ presence like a tender green shoot like a root in dry ground. There was nothing beautiful or majestic about his appearance, nothing to attract us to him. NLT

verse 3he was despised and REJECTED, a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief

The same with God, he was rejected before we even knew him

He lost the battle of humankind’s perception before we could even approve of him,

Now, I don’t mean to say victory wasnt for him in the end,

but our actions, our denial, our discontent towards him in that moment was not of pretend,

He just wasn’t good enough!.. he didn’t meet the standard “nothing beautiful or majestic about his presence” and yet he was God. Oh God? yes God, the same man born with sorrows, already disapproved from birth, disfigured in council,a servant with the weight of the world. No one could see beyond his imperfections, like a lamb, silent before the shearers, HE WAS REJECTED!

being children of God what did we expect? 🙂

Did you think you wont inherit your fathers’ blood down to the very bit of gene which includes…. (yes you guessed it)  Rejection!

Let me assure you it isn’t pretty, rejection you feel is your life. Life in Christ! the same God who was raised from the dead. His Rejection became his Resurrection. His ministry birthed from rejection. So yours will too! Do not be afraid of the trials that come at work, among your family and friends. Do not be afraid to step into your own purpose, accept His inheritance!, when the time comes you  will flourish in your own Resurrection.

Peace and Love 🙂
